Property sale from husband to wife, 1753
According to the witnesses and the inheritors of Mirza Muhammad Bayg, he sold half of his farm to his wife, Qurayshah Khanum, daughter of Mirza Muhammad Zaman (son of Mirza Shuja‘ al-Din Muhammad al-Husayni) in exchange for thirty tumans and rented it back for ninety years in exchange for two tumans.

Lease, 1881
On November 25, 1880, Muhammad Riza Khan, son of Aqa Muhammad Rahim, leased some properties to Aqa Sayyid Abu Ja‘far and Haji Mirza ‘Abd al-Samad, the merchant and son of Aqa Mirza Muhammad Kazim. Following a claim by Khavar Sultan, wife of the late Brigadier Muhammad Karim Khan, part of the property belongs to her. Thus, an adjustment was made to the amount of the lease. On November 23, 1881, Haji Mirza ‘Abd al-Samad became the sole tenant of the property by paying Aqa Sayyid Abu Ja‘far.

Petition to evacuate the barn
Petition written by the wife of Muhammad Hasan (son of the late Haji ‘Ali Riza Tajir [the merchant]) to the Friday prayer leader of Fars, requesting to write a note to Mi‘mar-bashi [the architect] asking him to evacuate her barn. Upon her husband’s request, she had rented the barn to Mi‘mar-bashi for fifty tumans, which her husband, Muhammad Hasan, had received. As she has now sold the barn to Muhammad Baqir, she expects Mi‘mar-bashi to vacate the property in exchange for fifty tumans.

‘Abd al-Husayn Mu‘azzaz al-Mulk to Surur al-Saltanah
‘Abd al-Husayn Mu‘azzaz al-Mulk (Taymurtash) writes to Surur al-Saltanah of how troubled he has been from the tone of Surur al-Saltanah's letter, talks about the problem of finding a house in Tehran, and that his delay is due to his intention to find the best place for Surur al-Saltanah. He mentions a possibility of renting the house of Mubashshir al-Dawlah. He also talks about the belief that some have about the Rabi‘ al-Avval ritual.

Sale document between Ahmad Bayg from Mihrban and resident of Bakhshayish and Haji Mirza Haji Aqa for parts of Turkampur village in the district of Mihran Rud and some copper in exchange for six hundred and five tumans and seven thousand and four hundred dinars, with a monthly settlement fee of one tuman and one thousand and four hundred dinars. Settlement between Shaykh Mahdi and Ziya’ Najmabadi, 1955
Copy of a settlement on Ministry of Justice letterhead regarding a property (numbered 2170 to 2172) in the Shaykh Hadi neighborhood in Tehran. Aqa Mirza Muhammad Khan Najmabadi had inherited this property from his mother, Sakinah Khanum Kundushlu (Shaykh Hadi's wife). In 1947, he sold the property to his niece, Sadiqah Najmabadi. After Sadiqah Najmabadi's death in March of 1955, the property was inherited by her father, Shaykh Mahdi Najmabadi, and her husband, Ziya’ Najmabadi. According to this document, on November 12, 1955, Shaykh Mahdi sold his share to Ziya’ Najmabadi.

Claim of Sughra Khanum against Mahmud Mirza, 1923
Sughra Khanum makes a claim against Mahmud Mirza for her share of the inheritance from her husband Imamquli Mirza, and the lease of a ferry at Lake Rizaʼiyah. Addressing Mahmud Mirza, she writes on the letterhead of the Ministry of Justice: "based on what you wrote on the margin of the settlement of October 1923 (because based on the documents, the deceased Shahzadah had lent money to four people (Majd al-Saltanah, Rashid al-Saltanah, Sadiq al-Dialah Uskuyi, and ʻAli Aqa-yi Kurd), the share of Sughra Khanum from the inheritance (both her own eighth and her deceased daughter's share) is not...

Letter to receive rent, 1910
Copy of a letter written by Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of the late Haji Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz, against Haji Mahmud Tajir [merchant] (son of the late Haji Muhammad ‘Ali Tajir from Shiraz), the tenant of Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin's deceased wife, Hajiyah Zivar Sultan (daughter of the late Haji Muhammad Hasan Tajir known as Salih). Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin claims that Haji Mahmud has not paid half of the rent of some properties that belonged to Hajiyah Zivar Sultan since the time of her death. The recipient of the letter has answered at the end of the document.
